Every few years LGLL starts a transition, where different perspectives, fresh ideas and new faces are needed to continue the legacy La Grange Little League parent volunteers have been building for over 70 years.
LGLL board members help shape the future of our league and create everlasting memories for our players. Little League expertise and experience is not required-
just dedicated parents wanting in on the LGLL fun!

Here's a brief description of each volunteer role:
Player Agent:
Works with the league president and league VPs to oversee player registration (including verification of players' ages and residency), evaluations and team rosters.
Sedgwick Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the concession stand including managing inventory, working with the volunteer coordinator to fill volunteer slots and providing excellent customer service to families and fans attending games.
Head of Umpires/Safety:
Primary administrator for umpire program. Training clinics for umpires, scheduling umpires for games and ensure rules are applied consistently and safely.
Director of Fields:
Responsible for the physical condition and readiness of LGLL fields including maintenance, improvements, repairs and stocking field supplies.
Webmaster:
Helps maintain and update the LGLL official website. Sets up and coordinates the registration process, and works with the division VPs to build teams at the start of the season.
League VPs:
Serves as liaison between board and league coaches. Assists with player recruitment, coach development and ensures the overall positive experience for players, coaches and volunteers.
